Business Simulations
Industry business simulations are educational games that allow participants to make real business decisions in a safe, virtual environment.
Simulations are the perfect complement to business-related classes. The on-line format also makes them engaging for students during remote learning and allows them to complete internship using a virtual enterprise.
There are currently 3 types of industry business simulations available:
- Business planning
Simply put, it is a virtual business plan. Users can plan their own business in 1 of 16 industries. The system itself checks that their plans are consistent, logical and legally valid. - Management of the company
The main task of the users is to manage a virtual company in such a way as to achieve the highest possible score. Players face real managerial challenges, react to competitors’ actions and constantly adapt the company’s offer to the changing market conditions. - Project management
Players take on the role of project managers who run 1 of 4 projects. Their job is to plan the work in such a way as to complete the project within the specified scope, time and budget. This is quite a challenge. Participants must adapt their work to the constraints and expectations of management and to unexpected situations that arise during the course of the project.
