We would like to invite you to our next conference, The University of the Future - The University through the Eyes of Different Environments, which we will organize this time in the picturesque Świeradów Zdrój.   1. Microcredentials
    • We will discuss their impact on the quality of education in higher education and the supporting technologies available on the market.
    • We will organize a panel with the participation of experts, in which their experiences and opinions will be presented, among others, by COI Director Radoslaw Maćkiewicz and Dr. Robert Musiałkiewicz, Chairman of the Conference of Rectors of Public Vocational Universities.
    • There will be a practical workshop on the preparation of micro-statements for universities.
  2. Artificial intelligence and cyber security
    • We will present the latest NIS2 and ISO 27001 regulations for university security.
    • We will also address the application of AI in ERP systems and the future of the modern university in the age of artificial intelligence.
  3. New technologies
    • We will present Google's innovative solutions for education and ways to manage audiovisual infrastructure to reduce operating costs.
    • We will provide an overview of the systems supporting the implementation of projects financed by EU Funds, related to, among other things, accessibility and countering drop-out at universities.

The meeting is organized by CloudTeam Sp. z o.o., a company that cooperates and offers solutions for higher education. To cooperate in this event we invited a group of academic experts from universities from all over Poland, who decided to enrich the conference with substantive speeches.

Ministry of Science and Higher Education

MA in Law, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie Skłodowska University, civil servant, internal auditor of public finance sector units. Studied international law at the University of Amsterdam, project management at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw, completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. Since 2008 he has been employed as a department director at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and since 2013 he has been in charge of the organizational unit responsible for matters of organization and supervision of universities in the system of higher education and science.

Radosław Maćkiewicz

Director of the Central Informatics Center

Radoslaw Maćkiewicz has served as director of the Central IT Center since December 2023. He is an experienced manager in the new technology industry, particularly in cloud computing, cyber security and IT service management. He worked for many years for global IT solution providers, including Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, and is an academic lecturer on new technologies, entrepreneurship and practical management psychology. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and completed an MBA implemented by the Business School at the Warsaw University of Technology, together with the London Business School, HEC Paris and NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Dr. Robert Musiałkiewicz

Chairman of KRePUZ , Rector of the National Academy of Applied Sciences in Wloclawek, VET expert

Academic lecturer with practical experience. Rector of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Wloclawek, where he is employed as a professor. He holds a professional title of legal advisor and a diploma from the Minister of the Treasury authorizing him to sit in state-owned companies. For many years he ran his own business and worked in the bodies of capital companies. He was a coordinator of projects in the field of knowledge transfer from science to the economy. Chairman of the Conference of Rectors of Public Vocational Universities.

Dr. Jaroslaw Bulka

Secretary of the Accreditation Commission for Technical Universities, Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of the City of Kraków for Digital Transformation

Expert on digital transformation, smart-city, telemedicine and artificial intelligence. Biocyberneticist with almost 20 years of experience in the Department of Automation and Biomedical Engineering at AGH. Panelist and popularizer of R&D activities and knowledge transfer from science to business. Secretary of the Accreditation Commission for Technical Universities. Member of the Malopolska Information Society Council and the Council of the Krakow Institute of Technology - Lukasiewicz Network. CEO of MedDataSolution, co-owner and CPO at GrayLight-Imaging and also plenipotentiary of the Mayor of the City of Krakow for digital transformation.

Agnieszka Dardzińska-Głębocka

Bialystok University of Technology, Polish Accreditation Commission

Agnieszka Dardzińska-Głębocka, PhD, is a professor at the Bialystok University of Technology. Since 2024, she has served as the rector's plenipotentiary for accreditation and certification. In 2020-2024 she was pro-rector for education, In 2016-2019 she served as head of the Department and later of the Department of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. In 2014-2020, she served as the faculty coordinator of the Erasmus+ program, and in 2019-2020, she additionally served as the representative of the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for international cooperation. In addition, she works closely with the University of Charlotte, North Carolina USA, where she has been a visiting professor since 2001.

Dr. hab.Agnieszka Dardzińska-Głębocka is intensively active in institutions, organizations and scientific societies. She is an expert of many bodies, including since 2013 an expert of the Polish Center for Testing and Certification S.A., since 2018 an expert of NAWA and NCBiR. He is active as a member of the Polish Accreditation Committee in the science and life sciences team and a member of the PKA Program Council, as well as an expert of the European Commission Joint Research Centre: Brusksela, Belgium, for the evaluation of Horizon 2020 and Europa+ proposals. He is an international expert on the quality of education and a subject matter expert for the evaluation of proposals and the implementation of doctoral and post-doc projects, including in Slovakia, Germany, Lithuania and Latvia. He has been a member of the Polish Society for Logic and Philosophy of Science since 2003, and the Polish Society for Mechanics and Applied Informatics since 2013.

She is chairwoman of the Minister of Science's Advisory Panel on Open Data Policy.

Her scientific output since the beginning of her work at the University includes more than 150 scientific papers, and her research interests include data mining issues from medical databases, knowledge discovery from incomplete information systems, and learning systems.

Agnieszka Dardzinska-Głębocka effectively cooperates with numerous foreign scientific centers, including in the United States, Brazil, China, Vietnam, and regularly participates in renowned foreign and international scientific conferences.

Maciej Syslo

Prof. Maciej Sysło - Warsaw University of Information Technology

Mathematics, computer scientist. In the mid-1960s', he watched as students from the Third High School in Wroclaw ran their programs on an Elliott 803 machine as part of the country's first classes in programming and numerical methods at school. Since the mid-1980s', he has been involved in preparing multitudes of teachers for the expansion of computers in education. He considers his greatest success to be the maintenance, against trends at home and abroad, of separate computer science classes in schools, and, more recently, the introduction of universal computer science education, including the teaching of computer science and programming to all students at all educational levels. He is now spreading computer thinking, as a complement to the traditional 3R competencies of reading, writing and calculus, and a constructionist approach to learning, and is preparing proposals for students and teachers to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into educational practice. He has received numerous national and international awards and grants.

Dariusz Wronikowski

Plenipotentiary of the Rector for Digital Transformation at the Medical University of Lublin

Plenipotentiary of the Rector for Digital Transformation at the Medical University of Lublin and Director of IT at Kozminski University from 2019 to 2024. He holds a master's degree in computer science and an MBA. He has diverse experience in IT, including positions in user support, administration and programming. In 2015, he was successful in implementing Microsoft cloud services, being one of the pioneer implementations in Poland. He is actively involved in projects related to digitization, digital transformation, cloud computing, electronic signatures, CRM and EOD, and the use of AI extensively. Based on development, he looks for opportunities to automate processes to simplify workflows. In 2020, he coordinated an all-electronic student service process of e-applications, including thesis workflow. He then introduced digital enrollment the following year, and student e-File the following year, significantly increasing the efficiency of ALK's deaneries through the use of cutting-edge technology and global solutions. In 2022, Dariusz joined the Association of Deans' Forum, actively working and co-founding the IT section and today serving as a board member. Since 2023, he has also been supporting the EdTech section of the Confederation of Leviathan where he became vice-chairman of the Presidium of the Council in 2024.

Aleksandra Matukin-Szumlinskaya

Director of the Center for Educational Organization - Stanislaw Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, where she also completed her doctoral studies.

For more than 18 years, she has been actively involved in higher education as an employee of the central administration, an academic teacher, a doctoral student, as well as a member of scholarship committees for students and doctoral students and a member of the disciplinary committee for doctoral students. She began her professional path in 2006 at Jagiellonian University, then served as Head of the Teaching Department at the Stanislaw Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow from 2009 to 2019. Since 2019, she has served as Director of the Center for Educational Organization at AGH - a central administration unit responsible for carrying out tasks related to the organization and coordination of the educational process in higher education, postgraduate studies and other forms of education.
In 2020, she participated in the work of the Advisory Team for Digitization of Recruitment and Service of the Teaching Process in Universities appointed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education.

He is a member of the Forum Association for Academic Administration (FAA). He also works with the Association of International Relations Offices Forum (IRO's Forum).

She has many years of practical knowledge and experience in the operation of higher education institutions, especially in the area of formal and legal aspects of higher education, postgraduate studies and other forms of education, including in particular the creation and conduct of studies and recruitment, documentation and graduation, as well as the application of administrative procedures in individual student matters. On a daily basis, he also prepares internal normative acts at the university, internal procedures and templates of various documents related to the organization of the educational process at the university and in individual student affairs.

She has participated in many conferences, seminars and trainings organized by, among others, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NAWA, PKA, OPI, as well as other higher education institutions, on recruitment, education and student affairs, the application of the Code of Administrative Procedure and the issuance of administrative decisions, the accreditation of higher education and the assurance and evaluation of the quality of education, the functioning of the POL-on system, KRK, PRK and ZSK, the recognition of education, the legality of the stay of foreign students, the protection of personal data in higher education institutions, the digital transformation of higher education institutions, as well as public finance discipline and public procurement in higher education institutions.

She has also participated in and completed a number of managerial trainings related to team management and work organization, professional communication and intercultural differences with a focus on academia, and in the field of labor law.

Tomasz Siemek, Ph.D.

CEO - CloudTeam

University lecturer, passionate about modern teaching tools and programs. He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Economics in Poznań. Graduate of Said Business School of Oxford. All his life associated with education and training of people. Founder of ABC Data Education Center now operating as CloudTeam. One of the fathers of the tool Cloudla.bs, CloudMentor, CloudExam. Addicted to sports and acquiring new competencies in the service of interpersonal communication. Licensed facilitator and creator of the first training methodology guidelines for companies such as Microsoft and Novell. Since 2018, a person active on behalf of AWS in the field of popularization of cloud technologies. Popularizer of the topic of Micro-Certifications both those issued by external entities and those issued by the university through platforms such as Credentium.

Michal Karski

Head of Cloud & AI - CloudTeam

Michal Karski has more than 20 years of experience in managing IT education and supporting technology transformations in large organizations. As Head of Cloud & AI at CloudTeam, he specializes in guiding public and private sector organizations through the process of migrating to cloud infrastructure and implementing advanced artificial intelligence technologies. He has applied his extensive technical experience in cloud architecture, AI-based analytics and cloud computing to many projects in Poland and abroad. For 9 years, Michal served on the board of directors of the Leading Learning Partners Association, a global training organization with members from 55 countries who collectively train more than 870,000 students. Since 2022, he has been program director of the CIONet Cloud Excellence program, which creates a uniquecommunity of decision makers in the areas of cloud, business and technology.

Michael Ash

Cloud Solutions Architect / Head of Cloud Center of Excellence - APN Promise

Michal Popiol has been working in the IT industry with passion and commitment for more than 16 years. He graduated from two majors, which allowed him to gain a wide range of knowledge and skills, which he successfully uses in his daily work. For several years, he has held a dual role as Cloud Solutions Architect and Head of Cloud Center of Excellence. This unique combination allows him to pursue his two greatest passions: exploring the latest Public Cloud technologies and successfully managing a team of professionals.

With his knowledge and experience, Michael designs and implements advanced cloud solutions that bring real business benefits. At the same time, as a team leader, he takes care of the development and motivation of his colleagues, creating an inspiring work environment.

He is eager to share the experience and knowledge he has gained, serving as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and university lecturer. She teaches students, inspiring the younger generation to explore the fascinating world of IT.

Kamil Wolczynski

Technical and Commercial Manager at A+V Ltd.

At A+V, responsible for the public client sector. First line of support for investors in the university, medical and museum sectors. For more than a dozen years, he has been working efficiently both in the field of PzP law itself and communication on the designer-investor-contractor line. He assists procurers at every stage of an investment - from idea to implementation. He has eaten his teeth on public procurement, and has turned a little gray in the process. He also specializes in translating technical language into humanities and vice versa. He graduated from the University of Zielona Gora with a degree in electrical engineering. Former radio host.

Damian Szostek

Supports clients in the process of selecting IT solutions appropriate to their needs. He specializes in ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365, and focuses on effectively assisting organizations in increasing work efficiency and achieving business goals. As a passionate advocate of new technologies, he is convinced that their proper use can revolutionize the management of an organization and contribute to its success. Working with the specifics of the university's processes and requirements is his passion, backed by many years of experience - he is a guide for clients in this industry on the benefits of implementing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and one4all solutions. Dorota Mościbrodzka

Experienced manager, both of HR and payroll departments, as well as implementation teams in projects implementing ERP-class information systems in HR areas. For more than 10 years she has been leading HR and payroll implementations in higher education institutions - the specifics of university administration, the complexities and challenges that accompany these projects are her daily work, but also her passion.

In addition to coordinating implementation processes, he also manages the development process of the one4all eduHR product, ensuring that it is tailored to the unique and dynamically changing needs of universities. He has several years of experience with e-learning products dedicated to educational institutions. He graduated from two faculties of the University of Economics and completed a one-year diploma course at the Holmes Institute in Sydney, Australia. Member of the Polish Accreditation Committee at the Ministry of National Education and Senior Advisor at the EdTech Poland Foundation. Lecturer at several universities. Krzysztof Wilczynski

Vice President - Euvic Solutions

Krzysztof Wilczynski is an expert who over the years of his career has gained experience with a broad spectrum of IT and security technologies. He is able to properly assess the validity of investments, react quickly to problems and build the most effective solutions possible. Through working for various types of organizations, he has learned the ins and outs of end customers, vendors, integrators and consulting. This gives him a high awareness of working in an ecosystem of parties, providing new solutions to organizations in the private and public sectors, with special attention to opportunities and threats.

He was responsible for data center migrations and consolidations, as well as protecting organizations from new threats, such as defending a financial institution against DDoS attacks. He managed teams providing complex ICT cyber security solutions for multinational organizations.

His main areas of expertise include network infrastructure security, virtualization and cloud, Security Operations Center and Network Operations Center security operations, as well as identity management and information protection. He also has experience in modern workplace security, securing OT/IoT/ICS infrastructure, and implementing Zero Trust and SASE/ZTNA strategies.

Tomasz Owczarek

Acting Director of Digital Transformation / IT Systems Architect at Euvic Solutions.

Tomasz Owczarek specializes in business data analysis from identification and acquisition through transformation and reporting. As an IT systems architect, he has completed many integration projects, co-creator of dedicated systms for the utilities industry in the area of asset management in combination with spatial data. Fan of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions including large language models.

He serves as Acting Director of Digital Transformation / IT Systems Architect at Euvic Solutions.
