You are cordially invited to participate in the 5th National Conference "University of the Future. University in the Era of Artificial Intelligence", which will be held in the unique surroundings of the Kocierz Resort Hotel in the Małopolska province.

This event is not only a space for sharing experiences and inspiration, but also an opportunity to explore the latest trends and challenges in the use of artificial intelligence in higher education. How will AI change the way universities are managed? How will it affect the teaching, research and competencies of the future? During this year's edition, we will jointly seek answers to these questions, building a vision of a modern university for the coming decades.

We would be honored if you decide to participate and join the group of leaders and academic experts who are shaping the future of education in Poland.

All Universities in attendance will receive free one-year access to the Credentium platform with the ability to issue 500 micro-credentials

Aleksandra Przegalinska

Leon Kozminski Academy

Professor at the Leon Kozminski Academy, postdoctoral fellow in management sciences. She earned her PhD in the philosophy of artificial intelligence at the Institute of Philosophy of the UW. She is currently the Vice Chancellor for Innovation and AI at Leon Kozminski Academy, as well as a scientific advisor to Campus AI. Since 2016, she has conducted research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. She is a graduate of The New School for Social Research in New York. Currently Senior Research Associate at the Center for Labor and Just at Harvard. She is interested in the development of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, social robots and wearable technologies.

Pamela Krzypkowska

Ministry of Digitization

Pamela Krzypkowska is a digitization specialist with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and new technologies. She currently serves as Director of the Research and Innovation Department at the Ministry of Digitization, where she leads Poland's responsible digitization strategy in the AI era.
Previously, she worked as AI Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where she was responsible for leading flagship artificial intelligence projects for some of Poland's largest clients. Her work at Microsoft ranged from MLOps (lifecycle management of AI models) to model development and implementation, and working with generative models. In addition to her professional work, Pamela is actively involved in education. She lectures at Kozminski University and Warsaw University of Technology, actively sharing her knowledge and experience. Her classes are highly regarded due to her ability to convey complex issues in an accessible manner.

Tomasz Stojek

Central Informatics Center

Tomasz Stojek to wysoce wykwalifikowany menedżer z ponad 20-letnim doświadczeniem w branży IT, które obejmuje zarządzanie dużymi zespołami, utrzymanie i rozwój złożonych systemów informatycznych oraz zapewnienie cyberbezpieczeństwa na poziomie korporacyjnym. Jego kariera jest bogata w doświadczenia z różnych sektorów, od administracji publicznej po dynamicznie rozwijające się firmy prywatne. Do Centralnego Ośrodka Informatyki w pełnym wymiarze dołączył od 1 października 2024 r., gdzie objął funkcję dyrektora Pionu Operacji. Wcześniej pełnił funkcję dyrektora ds. strategicznych biznesu w DahliaMatic, Technical Services Director w Senetic oraz Dyrektora Departamentu Informatyki w Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa. Był odpowiedzialny m.in. za opracowywanie strategii wdrożenia systemów ERP, EOD oraz dedykowanych rozwiązań IT, utrzymanie kluczowych systemów IT oraz budowę zespołów wsparcia użytkowników czy nadzór nad wdrażaniem złożonych systemów IT oraz budowę i utrzymanie kluczowej infrastruktury informatycznej, w tym jednej z największych baz danych w Polsce. Równolegle do swojej kariery zawodowej, Tomasz pełni także rolę Wykładowcy na Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego, gdzie od października 2021 roku prowadzi zajęcia z zakresu cyfrowej transformacji na kierunku Menedżer Administracji Publicznej. Jego zajęcia skupiają się na praktycznych aspektach zarządzania IT oraz wdrażaniu nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych w administracji publicznej, co dodatkowo wzmacnia jego pozycję jako eksperta w dziedzinie cyfryzacji i zarządzania IT.

Matthew Tykierko

Polish Cloud / Wroclaw Networking and Supercomputing Center

Mateusz Tykierko, Ph.D., is currently deputy director of the Wroclaw Networking and Supercomputing Center and vice president of the Polska Chmura association. He leads projects related to infrastructure and computing services for the scientific community and the economy, and also works in research and teaching at the Wrocław University of Technology.

Michal Kanownik

Digital Poland Association

President of the Board of the Digital Poland Association, which has been active in the market for 18 years. Member of the Council for Digitization under the Minister of Digitization. Affiliated with Digital Europe, an organization of Europe's largest ICT sector associations, where he serves as a Board Member. He is the initiator of nationwide debates related to issues of digitization, cyber security, 5G and amendments to laws such as copyright, tax, environmental protection and public procurement. Long-time manager in the consumer electronics and IT industry, actively involved in the development and promotion of the digitization process in Poland. He effectively supports substantive and reliable discussion in the areas of companies - members of the Cyfrowa Poland Association, which are a significant part of the RTV and IT industry investing in Poland.

Michal Karski

AI Professional Institute

Michal Karski is an expert with more than 25 years of experience in IT education, specializing in artificial intelligence. He started his career as a trainer, training professionals for technology giants such as Microsoft, AWS, IBM, Google and Symantec. He co-founded one of the largest IT training companies in Poland, offering strategic consulting and training in cloud and AI, and was one of the founders of the Leading Learning Partners Association - the world's largest network of IT training companies. He has worked as a strategic cloud and AI consultant for organizations around the world, supporting the development of digital competencies on a global scale. Currently, as President of the AI Professional Institute, he focuses on AI education and certification, creating programs that combine practical knowledge with cutting-edge technologies. Fascinated by the potential of AI, Michael is constantly exploring how this technology can revolutionize the educational environment on a global scale. As a leader in the field of modern educational technology, he brings experience to international projects, supporting the development of society in the digital age.

Tomasz Siemek

University lecturer, passionate about modern teaching tools and programs. He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Economics in Poznań. Graduate of Said Business School of Oxford. All his life associated with education and training of people. Founder of ABC Data Education Center now operating as CloudTeam. One of the fathers of the tool Cloudla.bs, CloudMentor, CloudExam. Addicted to sports and acquiring new competencies in the service of interpersonal communication. Licensed facilitator and creator of the first training methodology guidelines for companies such as Microsoft and Novell. Since 2018, a person active on behalf of AWS in the field of popularization of cloud technologies. Popularizer of the subject of Micro-Certifications both those issued by external entities and those issued by the university through platforms such as Credentium.

Andrzej Żyławski

Warsaw University of Information Technology

Andrzej Zylawski serves as President of the Warsaw University of Information Technology (WWSI), where he also chairs the University's Convention, a consultative and advisory body.

As President of WWSI, Andrzej Zylawski actively participates in the development of the university, emphasizing innovation and cooperation with the ICT industry. Under his chairmanship, the Rector's College consists of executives from leading technology companies such as Oracle Polska, Intel Polska, Cisco Polska, HP Inc. Poland, NASK, IBM Poland and Lenovo Poland.

In 2018, Andrzej Zylawski was honored by the Broader Partnership for Digital Literacy (SPRUC), being included in the "List of 100" people of particular merit in the development of digital competence in Poland.

In addition, he serves as a plenipotentiary for international relations at the Conference of Rectors of Vocational Schools of Poland (KRZaSP), which demonstrates his commitment to the development of international cooperation among Polish vocational universities.
Andrzej Zylawski is also active on the LinkedIn platform, where he shares information about WWSI's activities, educational initiatives and international cooperation.

Its activities focus on promoting innovation in education and building strong relationships between academia and the ICT industry.

Sabina Ratajczak

Dr. Sabina Ratajczak - Vice-Rector for Development, Director of the Center for Quality and Innovation at WSB Academy. Initiator and coordinator of many development projects in the area of innovative teaching methods, competence development of academic staff, digitization, program innovation. Coordinates work within one of the strategic directions implemented as part of the University Development Strategy - Digital AWSB.

Barbara Małuszyńska

Merito Higher Education Development Center

Barbara Małuszyńska - Education Project Manager / AI at Merito Higher Education Development Center. Responsible for training programs for lecturers, instructors and teaching methodologists at Merito Group. Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, majoring in Management and Marketing; certified trainer and business consultant with over 20 years of experience at home and abroad. Founder of the World of Possibilities Foundation - an institution that has been supporting musical and educational initiatives in Poznań for 13 years. She holds an international certification in project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and in the last 2 years has completed AI Manager Certification (Elephant AI Pro) and a number of courses on AI in business. This year, she is once again the program director of Merito's "AI as Your Teaching Assistant" course for university lecturers (a 40-hour hands-on endeavor designed to help teachers effectively use gen AI tools in their work as lecturers).

Natalia Rylko

Cracow University of Technology

Dr. Natalia Ryłko - Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the Cracow University of Technology, specializes in interdisciplinary research on composite materials using advanced mathematical methods. Author and co-author of nearly 70 scientific publications, she is actively involved in the implementation of research and educational projects in cooperation with external partners. She serves as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications at the Cracow University of Technology. She sits on the Program Council of the Applied Mathematics faculty, and is a member of national and international scientific societies. She has co-organized many academic events, including the SAIE conference - "STEAM and AI in Education".

Luke Walusiak

Silesian Academy

Dr. Lukasz Walusiak - scientist and didactician, serving as Vice-Dean for Science at the Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Applied Arts at the Silesian Academy (formerly the Higher Technical School in Katowice). He received his Ph.D. degree on December 12, 2019 from the University of Silesia in Katowice, where he defended his dissertation in the field of medical image processing and analysis, with particular emphasis on the diagnosis of lung diseases. Author of scientific publications, he is involved in the development and analysis of solutions based on artificial intelligence, especially in the context of education. He actively shares his knowledge as a lecturer and speaker - including a lecture entitled "Artificial intelligence - more help or hindrance?". As associate dean, he supports the development of scientific research and promotes innovative approaches to education and scientific cooperation.

Roland Zarzycki

Collegium Civitas

D. in mathematics and Ph.D. in humanities, deputy director of the Gabriel Narutowicz Institute of Political Thought, assistant professor in the Department of Sociology at Collegium Civitas and former pro-rector of the university. Academic teacher, researcher, author of scientific publications and speaker at international conferences. In 2021, he published a monograph entitled "Ethics of everyday life - can one be good simply?". He collaborates internationally as a political and economic expert, especially in the areas of global responsibility, social economics, the development of artificial intelligence and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Co-founder and coordinator of dozens of scientific research, social, educational, cultural, civic and business projects. Academically interested primarily in the critical analysis of fantasy and ideology in the socio-political dimension and in everyday life. Marcin Mazur

In the IT industry for over 16 years. In the past, he worked in positions such as Partner Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager, supporting Partners and Customers in building customer solutions and advanced datacenter solutions. At Lenovo Poland he is responsible for, among others, the Public Education Sector. An economist by education and a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics.

Kamil Wolczynski

At A+V, Kamil is responsible for the public client sector. First line of support for investors in the university, medical and museum sectors. For more than a dozen years, he has been working efficiently both in the field of PzP law itself and communication on the designer-investor-contractor line. He assists procurers at every stage of the investment - from idea to implementation. He has eaten his teeth on public procurement, and has turned a little gray in the process. He also specializes in translating technical language into humanities and vice versa. He graduated from the University of Zielona Gora with a degree in electrical engineering. Former radio host.

Head of Google for Education - Central and Eastern Europe. Expert in EdTech products and multimedia. Since 2004 he has been working in the field of new technologies for education. He founded and developed several companies in the EdTech area. At the beginning of his career, he worked, among others, with major educational publishers and a provider of school management solutions for local government units. He has several years of experience with e-learning products dedicated to educational institutions. He graduated from two faculties of the University of Economics and completed a one-year diploma course at the Holmes Institute in Sydney, Australia. Member of the Polish Accreditation Committee at the Ministry of National Education and Senior Advisor at the EdTech Poland Foundation. Lecturer at several universities. Has experience in business operations on 5 continents in more than 80 countries.

Michael Ash

Michal Popiol has been working in the IT industry with passion and commitment for more than 16 years. He graduated from two majors, which allowed him to gain a wide range of knowledge and skills, which he successfully uses in his daily work. Expert in the field of IT solutions from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 family, with a particular focus on their application in the education industry. She presents IT systems to clients through the prism of business benefits - process automation, more effective data acquisition and efficient data analysis. Her approach is based on listening carefully to clients' needs and offering personalized solutions that not only meet expectations, but also open up new development prospects. She has worked with universities for many years and understands the typical aspects of their work. He helps universities select IT solutions that will respond to the challenges they face.

Kornel Sharapayev

Cloud and Software Engineer specializing in cloud, AI and IT systems integration solutions for the education sector. He develops innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence in Microsoft Azure OpenAI - he is the co-author of an intelligent chatbot for universities - ask4all. His experience also includes the development of applications that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365-based systems, using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. He supports universities by sharing his knowledge of modern AI technologies and their practical application in the academic environment.

Regulations of the 5th National Conference "The University of the Future. University in the Era of Artificial Intelligence".

§1 General provisions

  1. These Regulations set out the rules for registration and participation in the 5th National Conference "School of the Future. University in the Era of Artificial Intelligence", organized by CloudTeam Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, 9 Koneser Square, 03-736 Warsaw, NIP: 525-238-86-25, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
  2. The conference will be held on May 13-14, 2025 at Kocierz Resort, 206 Beskidzka Street, Targanice.
  3. The following terms used in these Regulations shall mean:
    1. Regulations - these rules and regulations of the Conference,
    2. Organizer - CloudTeam Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Plac Konesera 9, 03-736 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000276018, NIP: 525-238-86-25, REGON: 140903162,
    3. Conference - the conference "University of the Future. University in the Era of Artificial Intelligence" (May 13-14, 2025 at Kocierz Resort, 206 Beskidzka St., Targanice.).
    4. Participant - an individual participating in the Conference after prior registration via the registration form on the Website,
    5. Ordering party - an individual, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, which delegates a Participant to participate in the Conference and pays for the Participant's participation in the Conference,
    6. Website - the Conference website available at https://edtech.cloudteam.pl/events/uczelnia-przyszlosci/
    7. The provisions of the Regulations are an integral part of the Conference participation application and apply to all Participants.
    8. By sending the application to the Organizer, the Ordering Party and the Participant accept the Terms and Conditions.
    9. The Organizer assures that it will make every effort to ensure that the Conference conforms to its description.

§2 Registration and fees

  1. Registration for the Conference is done by filling out the form available on the Organizer's website: https://edtech.cloudteam.pl/events/uczelnia-przyszlosci/.
  2. Each Participant should make a personal application for participation in the Conference.
  3. Confirmation of registration is the receipt of an email from the Organizer.
  4. After receiving confirmation of participation, the Participant is required to pay the conference fee according to the selected package:
    1. Package 1 - PLN 650 net: includes 2 nights' accommodation (May 12/13 and 13/14), food (2 breakfasts, lunch, dinner), participation in the evening banquet and access to all lectures.
    2. Package 2 - PLN 450 net: includes 1 night's accommodation (May 12/13), food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), participation in the evening banquet and access to all lectures.
    3. Package 3 - £450 net: includes 1 night's accommodation (May 13/14), meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), participation in the evening banquet and access to all lectures.
    4. Package 4 (without accommodation) - PLN 250 net: includes food (lunch, dinner), participation in the evening banquet and access to all lectures.
  5. There is a possible surcharge of 300 PLN net for a single room. Please contact the Organizer to confirm availability.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to provide discounts on the price for participation in the Conference under rules separate from these regulations.
  7. After receiving confirmation of participation, the Participant will receive a proforma invoice, which must be paid within 14 days from the date of issuance. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of registration.
  8. The registration limit for participants from one university is 3 people.
  9. The deadline for registration for the Conference is 2 days before the beginning of the Conference or at the time of closing the list of Participants. The Organizer will notify the closing of the list of Participants without undue delay by an announcement posted on the Conference website.

§3 Conference Rules

  1. The Organizer determines the Conference schedule and has the right to make changes to it, including on the day of the Conference, including the right to change the time schedule and order of speeches. Changes to the Conference schedule cannot be the basis for directing claims against the Organizer.
  2. The Participant shall be fully responsible for damages to the facilities where the Conference activities are conducted, caused by him or his delegated Participants.
  3. The Organizer is not responsible for Participants' belongings that may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Conference.
  4. The Organizer does not consent to professional sound and video recording during lectures, seminars and workshops, as well as during the performance of an artist, which may be provided for in the Conference program available on the Website.

§4 Cancellation of participation

  1. The participant has the right to resign from the Conference free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the Conference, i.e. until April 28, 2025. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address: anna.zaskorska@cloudteam.pl.
  2. In case of cancellation after April 28, 2025, the conference fee is non-refundable.
  3. It is allowed to replace the Participant delegated by the Ordering Party, however, after prior notification to the Organizers by sending an email to: anna.zaskorska@cloudteam.pl no later than 7 days before the conference.

§ 5 Access to Credentium platform

  1. Participating universities are entitled to one-year access to the Credentium platform.
  2. As part of the access, the university receives:
    1. Free one-day implementation of the platform,
    2. The ability to issue 500 free micro-certificates,
    3. Support to create a single microcertificate template.
  3. From one university, a maximum of 3 participants can take part in the conference. The implementation of the platform is done at the university level, not at the individual participant level.
  4. There is no cost to the university for using the platform for one-year access. After one year, the university is not obliged to continue using the platform.

§ 6 Protection of personal data and image

  1. CloudTeam Sp. z o.o. is the administrator of the Participants' personal data. Details on the processing of personal data by CloudTeam can be found in the information on personal data processing attached as Appendix 1 to the Regulations.
    For the purposes of creating documentation from the Conference by the Organizer, Participants agree to use their image in photos and videos recorded during the Conference, in particular during lectures and seminars as well as events accompanying the Conference. These materials will be used only for documentation purposes for the Conference Partners and promotion of its future editions in a professional manner.
    Participants acknowledge that the Organizer may prepare name badges on which the following information will be included: name, surname, position, name/institution.

§ 7 Final provisions

  1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conference program and these regulations. Any changes will be published on the Conference website.
  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Information on the processing of personal data of the Participant

The administrator of your Personal Data is the Limited Liability Company "CLOUDTEAM" with its registered office in Warsaw at: 9 Konesera Square, 03-736 Warsaw; the legal basis for data processing is consent. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit its processing, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, the right to object to the processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • organization of the conference by CloudTeam S.A, - the basis for data processing is CloudTeam's legally justified interest consisting in the execution of the concluded agreement on your/your participation in the conference (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  • asserting possible claims or defending against possible claims - the legal basis is CloudTeam's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  • billing - the legal basis is the necessity of the data to fulfill CloudTeam's legal obligations under accounting and tax regulations (Article 6(1)(c) RODO).

In the case of agreeing to send commercial information by email (i.e. agreeing to send information on further editions of conferences organized by CloudTeam S.A.), your data may be processed for marketing purposes - the legal basis is the legally justified interest of CloudTeam (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), consisting in offering and promoting CloudTeam products and services in connection with agreeing to send commercial information by email.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of CloudTeam: IT providers, auditing companies.

Your personal data will be processed until the end of the conference. In addition, your data may be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to send commercial information by e-mail. The data storage period may be extended each time by the period of the statute of limitations for claims, if the data processing will be necessary for CloudTeam to pursue claims or to defend against such claims. Data may be processed for the period necessary to fulfill CloudTeam's obligations under accounting and tax regulations.

You have the right to access your data and the right to request their rectification, deletion or restriction of their processing. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of CloudTeam's legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged violation was committed. Provision of personal data constituting the application is necessary to participate in the conference - without the data, participation in the conference will not be possible. For the rest, the provision of data is voluntary.
