Dear Sirs,

After a break of more than a year and a half, we are returning richer in your experience and our own. The time of changes in education, pandemics and the general situation in the academic market prompted us to prepare a refreshed agenda for this year's conference, to which you are cordially invited. The conference will be held on March 24-25, 2022 at the Herbarium Hotel.

This substantive meeting is addressed to university managers, project office staff and IT managers. Due to the situation in which we found ourselves, we became responsible for the implementation and proper functioning of e-universities as well as with dealing with the situation when all components of teaching are virtual.

Through many years of cooperation with universities, listening to the needs and problems in their operation in the education market, we decided to organize a conference with you and for you.

The proposed conference topics are the result of our discussions with friendly universities. We would be honored to host you at the event we are organizing.

The meeting is organized by CloudTeam Sp. z o.o., a company that cooperates and offers solutions for higher education. To cooperate in this event we invited a group of academic experts from universities from all over Poland, who decided to enrich the conference with substantive speeches.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference cannot take place, we will reimburse you for your participation. Wojciech Zaskórski - General Manager, Lenovo

Wojciech Zaskórski is responsible for Lenovo's overall operations, including managing sales, developing and strengthening the brand's position and portfolio of its products and services for both individual and business users on the Polish market. He has been involved in the IT market for more than 20 years. Previously, he held the position of Enterprise Business Division Director at Samsung Electronics Poland, where he managed the business of Samsung-branded IT products in Central and Central Europe for the past five years. He also held a managerial position within the company's structure as Head of Solutions and Product Marketing. Previously, he worked in a Polish group of IT companies, Sygnity S.A., where he was responsible for overseeing the implementation of technologies and solutions used in the public and banking sectors, among others. Wojciech Zaskórski is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw and the Military University of Technology, where he received a PhD in information security. He also completed an Executive MBA at Kozminski University and a number of postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford, Fuqua School Of Business at Duke University, University of Stockholm and London School of Business, among others. Privately, he is a fan of active leisure - he practices CrossFit and is passionate about water sports such as sailing and wakeboarding.

Dr. Tomasz Michalak

Tomasz P. Michalak is a working group leader at IDEAS NCRD - a research and development center working in the field of AI and digital economics - and a lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. He has worked at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford, the Department of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, the Department of Computer Science at the University of Liverpool, and the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw, and received his PhD from the Faculty of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp. He is leading two national and one international research project. The results of his research have been published in prestigious journals e.g. Nature Human Behaviour, Journal of Artificial Intelligence, and Games and Economic Behaviour, and presented at events such as AAAI, IJCAI, IEEE ICDM, ACM EC.

His research interests focus on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Social Networks, Computational Social Science, Multi-Agent Systems, Game Theory, Fintech, E-Commerce.

Renata Podlewska, MA

He has several years of experience in managing information security and IT services. He specializes in project management and personal data protection. She works as an internal and external auditor for the ISO 20000 international service management standard, ISO 27001 information security management, and is accredited by the PCA (Polish Center for Accreditation) for information security and the national cyber security system. During her career, she has also implemented projects in ISO 22301 business continuity, IT risk management for corporations and public institutions. She is a certified Data Protection Inspector currently performing her duties at the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. Experienced IT manager, owner of XL IT Projects, Consulting, Training. Academic lecturer at the Warsaw University of Information Technology and the Poznan University of Economics. She is an accredited trainer of ITIL® SIAM® VeriSM™ AgileScrum®. He is also certified in PRINCE2® Project Management and Data Protection.

Dr. n. med. Rafal Staszewski

Assistant Professor in the Department of Hypertensiology, Angiology and Internal Medicine and the Laboratory of Pharmacoeconomics of Hypertension at the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. Director General and member of the University's Board of Directors. He also completed postgraduate studies in: Public Relations in Practice (Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw), Financial Management (Poznań University of Economics) and currently - Executive Master of Business Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Member of the Scientific Council of the Medical Research Agency and the team of health care experts at the Ombudsman.

Trainer in numerous trainings in the areas of health care management, patient communication and clinical research. Academically interested in public health, health promotion and communication and PR in health care. He has cooperated, among others, with the Clinical Hospital of the Transfiguration of the Lord UM in Poznan, with the Marshal's Office, with the Wielkopolska Center for Public Health, with DGA S.A., with Termedia Medical Publishing House. In addition, co-author and manager of the Wielkopolska Oncology project, a health prevention and investment program implemented with Norwegian funds (project awarded at the European Public Health Conference). Editor of 3 books on the problems of health care organization and author of works in academic journals and textbooks. Board member of the Polish Society of Health Sciences. Recently co-editor of the book Cultural Determinants of Patient Care. He conducts classes for students of the Faculty of Medicine, Medicine and Health Sciences at the K. Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan, among others, on issues of communication with the patient, PR and marketing. and the culturally different patient.

Damian Wroblewski

Entrepreneur & Cyber Security Expert with many years of experience working with Customers and Partners in the Public Cloud and Cyber Security Area. He worked in the Polish branch of Microsoft and then in the international branch of Microsoft in Ireland (HQ- EMEA). In the last 2 years, he has trained more than 35,000 people in Poland and abroad in tools for secure work and remote education. He manages one of the largest strategic projects in the area of Microsoft 365 technology in Poland and in the area of cyber security implementing Solution Assessments and controlled attacks on company employees and organizations. From 2020 to 2022, he appears as an Expert on TV, radio and press sharing his knowledge in the area of cyber security. A former lecturer, he is interested in new technologies and Arab culture. In his career, he has already had the opportunity to raise a total of more than 100 million zlotys but values freedom and being on the side of the blue team.

Izabela Milewska

He works as a Global Digital Skills Leader in the training and certification division of Amazon Web Services (AWS). She leads AWS' collaboration with government stakeholders in the areas of digital skills strategy, retraining, upskilling and education modernization. Isabella has served as Chair of the Digital Skills Working Group of the industry association DIGITALEUROPE since 2018.

Her professional experience includes roles in education program management, public sector marketing and EU funds consulting. Prior to joining Amazon, she worked at Microsoft, Polish ministries (2004-2008): Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Treasury.

Kamil Wolczynski - Technical and Commercial Manager, A+V Ltd.

In the company responsible for the public sector. First line of support for Investors in the university, medical, museum sectors. For more than a dozen years, he has been working efficiently both in the field of Public Procurement law itself and communication on the line designer - Investor - contractor. On Public Procurement he has eaten his teeth, and by the way a little gray. He graduated from the University of Zielona Gora with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Privately, the husband of a wife and father of two young football players and a lover of good music.

Dr. Tomasz Siemek, Eng.

Tomasz Siemek graduated from the Faculty of Building Installations, Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology in 2000 with a master's degree in engineering. In 2003 he began and in 2007 completed his doctoral studies at the Poznan University of Economics. He supplemented his second degree studies with postgraduate studies in information systems and IT systems management at Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Until 2010, he specialized in project management methodologies, which he confirmed with two publications related to this field. In 2011, thanks to the experience gained in 2010 at Oxford University, where he graduated with a diploma from the Oxford Executive Strategy and Innovation Programme, he began to deal with the subject of remote access systems for laboratory environments. He has participated four times in the Virtual University conference and more than a dozen conferences related to the topics of remote learning and digital transformation. In 2012, he was the originator of virtual laboratories to support the engineering teaching process. Since 2016, he has been researching and developing a tool to manage the entire process of preparing virtual environments in engineering fields in an ever-changing environment. This is also the time when he took up the subject of universal design especially in relation to IT tools. Since 2007, Tomasz Siemek has also been associated with academia giving a number of lectures on cloud computing and project management methodologies. As one of his greatest achievements is the inclusion of the solution developed by Cloudteam, which he founded in 2003, in the list of recommended online tools by the Ministry of Education. In 2021, he earned his PhD in computer science by writing a paper on tools to support engineering teaching. His current research interests are related to remote education tools, bridging barriers to education and equality of opportunity more broadly.

His professional career began in 2000, when he became an authorized trainer for Microsoft, Lotus, Citrix. With the establishment of the company with the current name Cloudteam, he continued to pursue the acquisition of knowledge both in technology and human communication. Currently, his activities are centered around the popularization and implementation of new technologies, including cloud computing. He is actively involved in planning and designing digital transformation in universities and knowledge transfer in many companies in the country. Communication expertise is supported by certification related to NVC (Nonviolent Comunication), Mediation, Devops. Author of the Siemek.pl blog and active player of the six-league Amigos Warsaw team.

Włodzimierz Dąbrowski, Ph.D. - professor at PW

Włodzimierz Dąbrowski is associate dean for studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. He is a member of the Senate Education Committee of the Warsaw University of Technology and the head of the postgraduate programs Business Process Engineering, Applications of Cloud Technologies in Data-driven Solutions and Artificial Intelligence, and Biga Data. Data Analytics. His activities focus on teaching methods and cooperation between academia and the socio-economic environment. Academically, he works in the areas of requirements engineering, manufacturing methods and information systems design. He has been associated with the Center for Distance Learning at PW for 20 years, and has authored and managed several courses for first- and second-level students taught remotely.

Since 2016, he has served as Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, and has implemented at the EC the ISOD web-based student service system, electronic student application workflow, and the new degree programs Electromobility (2019) and specialties: Data Engineering (2020) and Cyber Security (2021). He is a member of the Requirements Engineering Association. He undertakes activities to promote cooperation between academia and the socio-economic environment. He has published more than 40 scientific publications related to software engineering, and has promoted more than 150 theses.

Edyta Niemyjska

Ms. Edyta holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (UKSW) and a degree in Lifestyle Coaching from the Warsaw School of Tourism and Hotel Management. Currently, she is in the process of completing the accreditation process of the International Coach Federation Poland. In 2021, she received an MBA degree from Collegium Humanum University, as well as completed postgraduate studies related to Management in IT (Doctor of Business Administration - DBA) and obtained the title of Accessibility Coordinator at the same University.

Ms. Edyta is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in European Union Structural Funds at UKSW and a student of postgraduate studies in audit and internal control conducted by the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business in Warsaw. Her interests focus on issues related to ethics in the work of broadly defined control bodies.

She has more than 15 years of professional experience, entirely related to the development, implementation and control of projects financed from European Union funds and domestic sources, under various operational programs. She has implemented dozens of projects with a total value of more than PLN 500 million, including training, education, IT, research and infrastructure projects, dedicated primarily to the higher education sector. Co-author of the publication entitled. "European Social Fund for Education." In 2007-2016, employee (Chief Specialist) of the Intermediate Body in the Ministry of Education and Science, and then in the Center for Education Development. Coordinator of innovative and transnational projects on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Science. Experienced in working with educational institutions, municipalities, labor market institutions, social welfare centers, entrepreneurs and individual clients.

In addition, for many years Expert/Assessor for comprehensive evaluation/assessment of applications for funding under, among others, the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, the Lublin Voivodeship and the Mazovian Voivodeship, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Center for European Projects and the Center for Digital Poland Projects.

He is certified by the Ministry of Development and Technology in evaluating proposals, including in the topics: "Employment and Labor Market", "State Aid", "Principles of Implementation of Partnership Projects", "Accessibility of Projects for Persons with Disabilities", "Eligibility of Expenses".

Her interests have always revolved around EU funds, which entailed carrying out tasks also in the area of broadly understood consulting and training. As a trainer and mentor, she has implemented and continues to implement trainings in the field of project management, preparation of grant applications, handling of generators, risk management, project management methodologies, public assistance, interpersonal skills, human resources management and accounting for projects (including those financed from the Technical Assistance program under the auspices of the Ministry of Development and Technology). Her main interest in project-related topics is budgeting issues, from the development of project budget assumptions to subsequent execution and control, as well as project financial analysis (indicator values, financial efficiency of the project, verification of financial sustainability).

Arkadiusz Zielinski

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Political Science at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. Currently undergoing a doctoral seminar in law.

He has more than 20 years of experience in legal consulting, including more than 15 years with EU funds. He specializes in public procurement law, contract services for private entities and competition law.

For the past 15 years, he has been heading public procurement teams. Since 2010 in the position of Director of the Public Procurement Office at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).

Member of the PARP project team dedicated to the organization of international events, including the Polish pavilion at the EXPO World Exhibition (Milan 2015, Astana 2017). Advisor in the proceedings for the selection of the Polish pavilion for Expo 2020 in Dubai. Also involved in the promotion of the Polish ICT sector at ICT Fairs held since 2013.

He conducts courses and training in public procurement.

Veronika Jakubowska

She holds an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics, a master's degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (UKSW) and majored in economics at the University of Warsaw.

He has more than 15 years of professional experience, all related to higher education. She holds the position of IT Office Manager. As part of her professional responsibilities, she has led projects in the IT field with both national and international funds. Currently coordinator of the EC-funded project European Software Skills Alliance.
In addition, she serves as the Rector's Representative for Internationalization.

He is certified as an ISO 9001, ISO 27001 internal auditor and holds certifications in Agile PM, PRINCE2,PMI, ITIL.

Her main interest is the internationalization of higher education. Privately, she is passionate about equestrianism.

Andrzej Żyławski

For most of his professional life, he has been in charge of educational institutions that prepare IT professionals. 1991-2000 director of Mila College, 2000-2012 rector of the Warsaw University of Information Technology. From 2007 to 2014 chairman of the audit committee of the Polish Society for the Scientific Study of Internet Education. In 2009, he received the New@Poland award for the Polish Open Internet Informatics Academia project from the Polish Association of Private ICT Employers Lewiatan. In 2013, he received the Informatics Europe Award for Best Educational Practices in recognition of outstanding educational initiatives. In 2015, he received the EUNIS Dørup Award given for outstanding and innovative applications of information technology (IT) in educational settings. Since 2012 President of the Warsaw University of Information Technology. Since 2021 plenipotentiary of the Conference of Rectors of Vocational Schools of Poland for international relations. Research interests include ICT applications in pre-university and university education, higher education management and higher education-business relations.

Małgorzata Leśnik-Król

Graduate of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, where she received a Master of Science degree. Since the beginning of her career, she has focused on building relationships with clients and business partners. Also focused on implementing internal marketing strategies in the organization. She has been involved in the IT industry and ERP systems for 15 years, currently in the position of Business Development Manager at Arcus Systemy Informatyczne. She is comfortable in both the university and commercial markets. In the last 5 years, she has gained experience in the field of PHP. She focuses on business integrity and partner relationships.

Outside of work, he loves running and mountain hiking.

Bartosz Górczynski

Founder and manager in the CIONET (Polish IT and technology executives of large enterprises) and Digital Excellence (companies dynamically undergoing digital transformation) communities.
For years, he has been active in sharing knowledge and gathering good practices in the IT and digital industry. Author of the digital transformation model - Digital Excellence Model. Lecturer at universities, mentor.
