Ms. Edyta holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (UKSW) and a degree in Lifestyle Coaching from the Warsaw School of Tourism and Hotel Management. Currently, she is in the process of completing the accreditation process of the International Coach Federation Poland. In 2021, she received an MBA degree from Collegium Humanum University, as well as completed postgraduate studies related to Management in IT (Doctor of Business Administration - DBA) and obtained the title of Accessibility Coordinator at the same University.
Ms. Edyta is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in European Union Structural Funds at UKSW and a student of postgraduate studies in audit and internal control conducted by the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business in Warsaw. Her interests focus on issues related to ethics in the work of broadly defined control bodies.
She has more than 15 years of professional experience, entirely related to the development, implementation and control of projects financed from European Union funds and domestic sources, under various operational programs. She has implemented dozens of projects with a total value of more than PLN 500 million, including training, education, IT, research and infrastructure projects, dedicated primarily to the higher education sector. Co-author of the publication entitled. "European Social Fund for Education." In 2007-2016, employee (Chief Specialist) of the Intermediate Body in the Ministry of Education and Science, and then in the Center for Education Development. Coordinator of innovative and transnational projects on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Science. Experienced in working with educational institutions, municipalities, labor market institutions, social welfare centers, entrepreneurs and individual clients.
In addition, for many years Expert/Assessor for comprehensive evaluation/assessment of applications for funding under, among others, the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, the Lublin Voivodeship and the Mazovian Voivodeship, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Center for European Projects and the Center for Digital Poland Projects.
He is certified by the Ministry of Development and Technology in evaluating proposals, including in the topics: "Employment and Labor Market", "State Aid", "Principles of Implementation of Partnership Projects", "Accessibility of Projects for Persons with Disabilities", "Eligibility of Expenses".
Her interests have always revolved around EU funds, which entailed carrying out tasks also in the area of broadly understood consulting and training. As a trainer and mentor, she has implemented and continues to implement trainings in the field of project management, preparation of grant applications, handling of generators, risk management, project management methodologies, public assistance, interpersonal skills, human resources management and accounting for projects (including those financed from the Technical Assistance program under the auspices of the Ministry of Development and Technology). Her main interest in project-related topics is budgeting issues, from the development of project budget assumptions to subsequent execution and control, as well as project financial analysis (indicator values, financial efficiency of the project, verification of financial sustainability).
